What to do with a head of organic red cabbage….

I had a fresh head of organic cabbage just sitting in my fridge.   What to do?????   One whole head is usually too much for one recipe, so I decided to whip up two cabbage dishes….so to speak.  I made a quick and tasty sauted kale and cabbage dish AND I cultured the other half.  No, I did not take the other half to an opera 🙂   I’m actually fermenting the cabbage in my laundry room with visions of red cabbage sauerkraut in my future.  I’ve told you all about it on my “Recipes” page….head on over!
